Welcome to U3A Northern Illawarra. To participate in our activities you need to be a member of our organisation. You can join U3A NI anytime throughout the year or renew your annual membership. However, all memberships expire on 31 December each year, regardless of when you joined or renewed.

As a member of U3A Northern Illawarra, one annual fee entitles you to attend a wide range of special interest groups and activities, there are no additional fees for individual classes.

U3A Northern Illawarra Membership Oath
On becoming a member of U3A Northern Illawarra Inc, I agree to uphold its aim to share social and educational experiences in a friendly and respectful environment. I agree to be bound by the Association’s Code of Conduct, Rules and Public Liability policy available here, and any other terms and conditions which may be deemed necessary from time to time by the Committee.
I acknowledge I am responsible for my own well-being and maintaining levels of physical capabilities appropriate to the activities/special interest groups/events that I elect to undertake. I give permission for U3A Northern Illawarra Inc to call a medical attendant or ambulance on my behalf in case of emergency.
I agree that my personal details may be used by U3A Northern Illawarra Inc provided that such use is in accordance with the Privacy Act. From time to time, photographs are taken at U3A NI events but will always endeavour to respect members’ privacy if known. If I wish to opt out of being in such photographs, I must inform the photographer at the time of the event.
